We, TEKFAB ENGINEERS was started by enterpreneur Mr. V. Raj in 1974 who is a Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering. At present he is supported by his son Mr. R Charavan, who is also a Production Engineering graduate. We have come a long way from since then - a Company fabricating small parts & machines to become one of the leading tyre machinery suppliers in India. We have dedicated machine shop unit managed by expert supervisors for component machining. Today, we are experts in conveyors for extruder lines, supplying equipments that are with excellent quality standards.

We have four industrial Units in Thane near Mumbai with a total area of 34,000 sq. ft. Our work force is competent & experienced to fabricate & assemble the equipments. Our shop floor has facility for final assembly & testing of conveyors thereby making the site installation an easier job. We are also co-partnered with another plant for the design & manufacture of electrical equipments that are needed for our equipments.

We offer installation & commissioning support for all our machines. Our engineers & fitters are highly competent & experienced to make installation & commissioning a smooth affair. Our experienced supervisors will support you at every step during installation of machines. Machines are thoroughly inspected & complete in all respects requiring less time to install/commission the machines. We can also offer complete electrical system installation & commissioning through our partners. We take pride in the fact that our after sales support is second to none. Our engineers are at your call to help you in trouble shooting of problems. In case of major breakdowns, our service person will be available at your place as soon as possible.
We have a technical tie up with M/s. Troester, GmbH, Germany for extrusion lines. We have successfully supplied & commissioned several cooling lines in partnership with them. Besides, we have also independently executed many other projects. We have also worked with Nakata, Japan.
